Terms of Use

Effective November 1, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Yagel Oshri (“we,” “us”), the individual developer based in Israel who makes MIRA. They cover the MIRA app and website, and they’re also the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the app, including MIRA Pro purchases. Our Privacy Policy explains how MIRA handles information. By downloading or using MIRA, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use MIRA.

Who can use MIRA

You must be at least 13 years old to use MIRA. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use MIRA on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, under these Terms and the rules of the app store you got it from (for the App Store, the Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions).

You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, lend, distribute or sublicense MIRA, or reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law allows this despite these limits.

MIRA, including its software, design, brand and curated collection, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms don’t give you any rights in it beyond this license.

Your photos

You own the photos you import and the photos you take. MIRA doesn’t claim any rights to them.

Because MIRA keeps everything on your device, you’re responsible for saving copies you care about. Deleting the app or erasing MIRA’s data removes what MIRA stored.

Acceptable use

Only import photos you have the right to use, and ask people before you photograph them.

Recreating a photo for yourself is different from publishing it as your own. Respect photographers’ and other creators’ rights.

Don’t use MIRA to harass or spy on anyone, to photograph people without consent where consent is required, or to create or share anything illegal, including any sexual content involving minors.

Don’t try to get around MIRA Pro or interfere with MIRA or the services it relies on. Follow local laws and the rules of the places where you shoot.

The curated collection

The inspiration photos in Discover are original images created for MIRA with generative image tools. The people shown aren’t real people, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended.

You may use them as guides in the app and keep the photos you take with them. Please don’t extract, copy, sell or redistribute the collection images themselves.

MIRA Pro purchases

MIRA Pro unlocks MIRA’s full features. On iPhone, it’s sold as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. If it becomes available on Android, it will be sold through Google Play. There is no free trial. Two options are offered:

Lifetime: a one-time purchase (US$24.99 in the United States) that unlocks MIRA Pro for as long as MIRA is available, with no renewals or further charges.

Weekly: an auto-renewing subscription (US$4.99 per week in the United States).

Payment is charged to your Apple Account, or your Google Play account, when you confirm the purchase.

The Weekly subscription renews automatically every week at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current week. Your account is charged for the next week within the 24 hours before the current week ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your store account settings. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions (or use Manage Subscription in MIRA’s Settings). On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep MIRA Pro until the end of the week you’ve paid for. Deleting MIRA doesn’t cancel a subscription.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy. They may vary by country and currency, may include taxes and may change. If a subscription price goes up, Apple or Google will tell you as their rules require.

Apple or Google processes every payment, so refunds are handled by them under their refund policies. We can’t issue refunds ourselves. For App Store purchases, you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you reinstall MIRA or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases in Settings (or Restore on the purchase screen) while signed in to the same store account.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including any right your local law gives you to cancel a purchase or get a refund.

App store terms

If you got MIRA from the Apple App Store, the terms of Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply where Apple requires them, and these Terms include the following points.

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for MIRA or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

If MIRA fails to meet any warranty that applies to it, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for MIRA.

We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about MIRA, including product liability claims, claims that MIRA fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims and intellectual property claims.

You confirm that you’re not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that the U.S. Government has designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you’re not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you got MIRA from Google Play, Google Play’s Terms of Service also apply.

Third-party services

MIRA relies on services from Apple, Google, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Meta and TikTok, described in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms govern those services, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Changes to MIRA

We may update MIRA, change or remove features, or stop offering it. We can’t promise that MIRA will always be available or that it will work on every device or operating system version.

No warranties

MIRA helps you frame a shot. Results depend on you, your photographer, the light and your device.

To the fullest extent the law allows, MIRA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that MIRA will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it will keep your photos safe, so keep copies of anything you care about. Some places don’t allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data (including photos stored only in the app), profits or goodwill, arising out of or relating to MIRA or these Terms.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to MIRA is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for MIRA Pro in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that can’t be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending these Terms

You can stop using MIRA anytime by deleting it and cancelling any subscription. If you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, your license ends. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, the curated collection, no warranties, limitation of liability and governing law, continue after these Terms end.

Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem with MIRA, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over disputes about them.

If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version on our website and in the app and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll give reasonable notice where the law requires. If you keep using MIRA after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. Changes don’t apply to disputes that arose before them.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any app store terms that apply, are the entire agreement between you and us about MIRA. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a right, we don’t give it up. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to someone who takes over MIRA.
